CANCELLATION Cancellation of the reservation could be done through: telephone (0361) 764272, Facsimile: (0361) 764273, E-mail or letter For individual at latest four days prior to departure. For group at latest 7x24 hours (one week) prior to departure CANCELLATION FEES Individual cancellation fee of 25% of the net rate will be charged, if the cancellation is made less than four days prior to departure. Group (more than 5 bike) cancellation fee of 25% of the net rate will be charge, if the cancellation is made less than7x24 hours prior to departure. PAYMENT The payment should be paid before the bike use and signing the rental contract between Dewata H-D Rental and customers. Invoice will be made issued in Rupiah, should the payment will be made in US Dollar, it will be based on the conversion rate of today.
